Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all registrations, payments, and transactions made for Bharat Tech Xperience 3.0, organized by Rchers India LLP.
1. Event Registration Fees
All registration fees paid for participation in Bharat Tech Xperience are considered final unless otherwise specified in writing.
2. Cancellation by Participant
- Once registration is completed, fees are generally non-refundable.
- In exceptional circumstances (medical emergency, verified issues), refund requests may be reviewed at the discretion of the organizing team.
3. Event Cancellation or Postponement
- If the event is canceled by the organizers, participants will be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- If the event is postponed, registrations will automatically remain valid for the new date.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited back through the original mode of payment, including Razorpay or Amazon Pay Wallet, subject to the payment provider's processing timelines.
5. Payment Gateway Charges
In certain cases, payment gateway processing charges may be deducted from the refundable amount, as these fees are non-recoverable.

7. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback through your bank or wallet provider. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
